Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@plantgoon.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 with your order number.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. As live plants cannot survive a two-way journey easily, we do not entertain cancellations after dispatch.

4. Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved (i.e., request received before dispatch), the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
