Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

Since we ship live plants, they cannot survive a return journey.

4. Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved, the full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
