1. Live Plant Guarantee
We take great care in packing our Adeniums to ensure they arrive safely. However, since we are dealing with live plants, if you receive a damaged or dead plant, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and clear photographs.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements are deemed eligible only under the following conditions:
- The plant arrived completely dead or rotted.
- The wrong variety was sent (subject to verification).
- Significant damage that affects the survival of the plant (minor leaf drop or cosmetic damage during shipping is normal for mail-order plants and is not eligible for refund).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Healthy plants that have shed leaves (a natural reaction to shipping stress).
- Cosmetic damage to leaves or branches that will grow back.
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is inspected and approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
