1. Live Plant Guarantee
We take great care in packing our Adeniums to ensure safe delivery. However, since these are live plants, if you receive a damaged or dead plant, you must contact us within 24 hours of deliverywith an unboxing video and clear photographs.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements are only approved under the following conditions:
- The plant arrived completely dead or rotted
- The wrong variety was delivered (subject to verification)
- Severe damage affecting plant survival
Minor leaf drop or cosmetic damage is normal during shipping and is not eligible for refunds.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of live plants, the following are not eligible for returns:
- Healthy plants with natural leaf shedding
- Minor cosmetic damage
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
