Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. We typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid plants being stuck in transit over the weekend.
2. Packaging
Plants are shipped bare-root (without pot and soil) to ensure safety and reduce shipping weight. They are treated with fungicide and air-dried before packing to prevent rot.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express (BlueDart): 3–5 business days
4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available due to agricultural regulations.
5. Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
6. Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and retain all packaging materials. Refer to our Returns Policy for further assistance.
