Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. We typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid plants being stuck in transit over the weekend.

2. Packaging

Plants are shipped bare-root (without pot and soil) to ensure their safety and to reduce shipping weight. They are treated with fungicide and air-dried before packing to prevent rot.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• BlueDart / Express: 3-5 business days (recommended for remote areas).

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time due to agricultural regulations.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a specific Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately with photos. See our Returns Policy for more details.
